Ground floor consist of a large kitchen,dining room, toilet and living area as well as a private outdoor swimming pool with a BBQ house that has it's own outdoor kitchen and a toilet. First floor consists of three bedrooms each with its own AC unit and its own bathroom. The apartment has about 210 m2 and an outdoor area of about 200m2.
