Peacefully situated in the foothills of Mount Ucka on the Opatija Riviera this spacious villa provides the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The property is immersed in nature and set up for alfresco living. Guests can enjoy the large garden, a heated saltwater swimming pool (with a solar shower), a whirlpool hot tub and a fully furnished sun deck. Perfect for relaxing with an evening drink, the large covered terrace enjoys beautiful views of the sea and is equipped with a BBQ and a large dining table.
Inside, the fully air-conditioned property is tastefully furnished and architecturally designed with large, bright spaces. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, over 3 different levels there is ample space for guests to relax in complete privacy. The ground floor features an airy living and dining area with impressive, high ceilings and direct access to the outside terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
