This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a family house and was completely renovated in 2022. It consists of a large terrace, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the living room has a flat screen TV. All rooms have air conditioning. Half of the terrace is covered with a canopy that opens and closes automatically depending on how much sun you want. Free parking for one car is provided in front of the house and inside our fence. There are many beaches and you can reach all of them on foot, and they are 100m or more away.

Šimuni is located in a naturally deep bay closed on one side by the small peninsula on which our house is located. It is the greenest place on the island of Pag. Beautiful pebble beaches are a favorite for families with children, but also for others looking for peace. Along the beaches there is a green belt of pines and holm oaks that provide natural shelter from the sun.There is a gravel path around the peninsula where you can enjoy a morning jog or an evening walk.
