Villa Eni is an authentic Istrian stone house located in a quiet place Kruncici distant 4,5 km from the picturesque town Sveti Lovrec and with the same distance from the sea at the Lim Bay (Lim Fjord). The house was built in the early twentieth century and completely renovated in the year 2015. During the renovation the exterior has preserved the authenticity of the traditional Istrian stone house, while the interior is furnished with modern furniture. On enclosed property of 210 sqm the guests have an open heated pool, barbecue, big dining table and sitting furniture on their disposal. There are also 2 parking spaces direct by the house.
Villa for 8 persons with a total living area of 200 sqm on two completely air conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with fireplace, double bedroom, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet, one of them with a spacious terrace and one partly open on the gallery.
