Split Ladies Resort is located in the small village of Kastel Kambelovac in the Bay of Kastel, just 250m from the sea. Ideal location for spending the perfect summer vacation near UNESCO-renowned world-famous cities; Split (15 m) and Trogir (11 km).
The residential part of the luxury Split Ladies Resort covers an area of 800 m2 and has 400 m2 of living space extending over two floors; ground floor and first floor.
The modern building has 2 exactly the same villas with outdoor pools, deck chairs and a garden.
Split Ladies Resort has a total of 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms with shower and can accommodate 20 people.
Split Ladies Resort consists of two identical villas, each with a spacious outdoor area with a pool, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Guests have at their disposal 2 barbecues and 2 tables for a total of 24 people.
On the terrace of each villa there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery and flowers. By the pool there are comfortable deck chairs ideal for summer relaxation and an outdoor shower. Behind each villa there is a children's corner with a slide and a playroom.
On the ground floor with is a dining area with a large table for 10 people and a living room with a corner sofa. There is a small work desk next to it. Here you can find one of five bedrooms with king size bed, SAT TV, walk in wardrobe and private bathroom. From the living room you enter the kitchen fully equipped .
The stairs go up to the second floor where there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 with 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
Split Ladies Resort is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access. Parking place is also provided for the guests of the resort.
Covid testing in the villa
We can organize COVID testing in the villa for all our guests. Pre-registration for the test must be done 14 days before the day of testing. The medical clinic will send the client an offer for testing by an e-mail. By accepting the offer, the staff of the medical clinic comes to the address of the villa, takes the sample from the guests and takes it for the testing. The test result is available within 24 - 48 hours, depending on the client's needs and delivered to the client by email.
Covid cleaning protocol
The villa is cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards to provide clients with a safe home during their holiday.
The Covid protocol and cleaning are performed as follows:
• Check in and check out is carried out in a meeting with only one member of the villa staff – our team member who uses a protective mask and keeps the required distance when presenting the villa
• The villa is fully ventilated after the clients leave the villa
• Staff equipped with protective masks and gloves put all bed linens, towels and kitchen towels in special bags which are stored in a specially designated place in the laundries
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90 ° C
• The villa is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces
• The dishes are washed at a high temperature with special detergents
• Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the beds
