This modern villa with pool is built on a plot of land with a total size of 400 m2, with a living space of 200 m2, which is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs.
On the spacious terrace in the fenced yard, there is a private heated pool of 40 m2 surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and a private jacuzzi ideal for relaxing and enjoying summer days.
The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room with a specific corner sofa and modern chairs and an LCD TV. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom, in which there is a king size bed and an LCD TV.
