Villa Marija is a luxurious five star villa near the city of Trogir, whose exclusive location and modern architecture provide the perfect blend of the natural environment and modern technology. A major advantage is the vicinity of the Split airport, the city of Split famous for the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and Marina Frapa, one of the best equipped marinas in Europe.
The outdoor is designed as a perfect relaxation area with Mediterranean garden and spectacular view on the islands of Šolta and Veliki Drvenik. Guests can enjoy and relax on the sun loungers around the outdoor swimming pool with massage tips and counter-current swimming. Outdoor barbecue, fully equipped summer kitchen and a bar with professional sound system located around the pool area are a perfect addition for those who enjoy relaxing with their family or friends during the hot summer afternoons. The third floor consists of one spacious and elegant bedroom with king size double bed, en suite bathroom with a bath tub, living area with SAT-TV and a small but practical kitchenette. Living area has access to a private balcony with marvelous view of the sea and the coast.
The ground floor is designed as a recreation area equipped with bar with professional sound system, infrared sauna, shower and a game room with table football and Playstation. Guests also have kayaks on disposal, free of charge.
