5 Bedroom Villa in Mlini
Mlini is a picturesque fishing village eight kilometers south of Dubrovnik. Our house with a separate guest area is only a three minute walk from the ocean and is situated in a serene and green area. All four double rooms were renovated in 2015 and have their own shower, toilet, air condition and balcony or terrace with seaview. Moreover, there is a living room with a sofa bed and its own shower, toilet, air condition and small terrace. One room has a double bed, the living room a large sofa bed for two. The other three rooms have single beds which can also be put together as double beds.
On the ground floor there is a well equiped kitchen with two refrigerators, a stove, a dish washer, a washing machine and a dining room. Outside you can find a separate terrace with a large dining table under the lemon tree, a grill and sunbeds in the garden. We also have ample garage parking space for those traveling by car.
Close to the house are two open beaches, a hidden away nude beach, a diving school, and a small harbor with a lovely boardwalk lined by cafés and fish restaurants. There are also bakeries, foodstores and a rent a boat/car/bike easily within walking distance. Guests traveling with children have their choice of three playgrounds. For example, there is the charming Waldorf playground with its bordering café, located in a nearby shade-dappled park close to the beach.
The bus station is just a five minute walk from the house and the trip to Dubrovnik takes about 15 minutes. Additionally, a transfer boat departs several times a day to Dubrovnik and Cavtat, and a tour boat leaves regularly for Elafiti islands. There are also many individual tours to various islands (Elafiti, Mljet, Korcula), the beautiful wineries of the Peljesac peninsula, the Konavle region, Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina), or neighboring Montenegro.
