Positive: Host is very kind, can speak german. Host also prepared beer and juice for us. Apartment was very clean and had everything you need even for a week stay. AC is very good. parking is very generous. There is a soccer/basketball field right infront of the apartment. Aparment is modern. Terrace is very nice but there is absolutely no view from it. Value for money is good though.

Negative: Bed is terrible. Soft and super springy. Wife had to sleep on the sofa as when i moves she jumped on the bed every time. Acces to the apartment is terrible. You can either go through one side of the restaurant where the staff will gaze at your partner (very uncomfortable for her) as you literally have to pass through a corridor of staff smoking/resting behind the restaurant or you have to go through a terrace of the restaurant while guests will be bamboozled staring at you why are you going in between tables. (the apartment is behind/above a pizzeria). Please tell the staff to smoke on the other side...

Summary: Very good. What I didnt like is just a reccomendation for the host to improve.
