Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel has an excellent location on the main square in the city centre. My room was comfortable and wifi reception was good the whole time I was there. Also, there was a good choice of things to eat at breakfast. But best of all were the friendly staff who would go out of their way to help and suggest things for you to do. The hotel even gave me a free ticket to go to a concert at the city's theatre - as well as booking me onto a boat trip in a nearby national park! The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and part of it is closed off. Do not be put off by this - it is still a good place to stay in Osijek.

Negative: For me very little. There is no lift to the upper floors but I believe this will be part of the refurbishment.

Summary: One of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in!
