The house is located only 35 meters from the sea (3 minutes walk from the nearest beach) with a beautiful view of the port of Žman full of boats, the waterfront and promenade and the open sea - the islands of Iž, Ugljan and Pašman, as well as the mountain Velebit in the distance. From the south there is a view of the beautiful valley in which the village of Žman is located. The valley is surrounded by hills adorned with ancient olive groves and a Mediterranean forest of Aleppo pine, cypress and holm oak.
Although in the center of town, its location guarantees a decent distance from the unwanted views.

On the ground floor, outside the villa, you can swim in the 6.6 x 3.3 pool with spa or counter current. Around the pool there is a sun deck with sun loungers and a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. For the perfect view, just exit the apartment on the spacious balcony with garden furniture. The villa provides 3 parking spaces free of charge - one space in the garage and two in front of the house. The property is detached.
Spacious and luxuriously equipped apartment ( about 120 m² in size) comprises three bedrooms with double beds (two - 280x205 cm in size; one - 160 x 205 cm), three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a n oven, microwave, coffee machine, living room with a fireplace , a flatscreen TV and a large and comfortable sofa, dining room and terrace with a sea and a mountain view. The apartment is located above the social space ( about 30 m² in size) on the lower floor. The space is air conditioned and modernly equipped with satellite TV, barbecue, kitchen and table for ten people. For refreshment it only takes a few steps to the pool equipped with a counter-current jet and massage jets. Around the pool is a sun deck with deck chairs, bathroom and outdoor shower.
All rooms in the house are air conditioned and well thermally and soundproofed.

Nearest large town is ancient Zadar. With its 3000 years of existence it makes it one of the oldest cities in Europe.
