Beautiful, newly built family friendly holiday home with private pool for 6-8 people in Labinci. Ideal location for a peaceful and carefree holiday in Istria. The first beach in Poreč is located 7 km away from the villa. The house is spreaded over two floors ( 144 m2). The ground floor has a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and sea view in the distance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. Outside the property you can find a beautifully landscaped and spacious garden with a barbecue terrace and private pool (30 m2) which will delight its guests. Parking place is located inside the yard. A modern and comfortable interior with details of Istrian architecture will satisfy the most demanding guests. Pets and parties are not allowed.
