On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional possibility of sleeping on the couch and bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the floor of the villa where is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. Outside area is dominated by a private pool with sunbathing area, and the partially covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for relaxing in the hot summer evenings.
