The house is situated in a little village Bokordici near Svetvincenat. Svetvinčenat, Savičenta, San Vincenti, three names for the same place, deriving from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr Saint Vincent and the abbey holding the same name around which the town has developed. The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The Villa is very comfortable and modern equipped. It has a three bedrooms with a bathrooms, all bedrooms are with an air conditioning. On a ground floor is a nice and lovely living room, dinning room with a kitchen and exit to the pool and a terrace with a barbecue and outside kitchen. Also there is on a ground floor one more bathroom with a bath tub and washing machine.to the terrace and a pool with a sun loungers, trampoline and hanging swing. On a hot days you will enjoy in the pool with a surface of 32 m2. Near the outside kitchen and a terrace is one more bathroom with a shower. Parking place is in front of the house. The house has air conditioning and a WiFi internet connection.The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“, together with Morosini-Grimani castle, the landmark of the place and one of the most important Venetian fortifications in Istria. What makes the cultural heritage of Svetvinčenat a memorable experience are the wall frescoes to be found in St Vincent’s chapel next to the cemetery and in St Catherine’s church.
