Typical regional stone structures together with a homely, modern and tasteful interior create the atmosphere of a Mediterranean luxury villa with 270m² of living space on three floors. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a fan on the ground floor. The villa affords an impressive view of the sea. The ground floor has an excellently equipped kitchen-diner with a kitchen island, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, pans, pots, a complete set of breakfast and dinner tableware and cutlery, for ten people. There is an espresso machine (with Dolce Gusto capsules, charged according to use). The cosy dining area provides space for eight to ten people. The ground floor has a sauna with a shower and a separate guest toilet, as well as a home trainer and a washing machine. Both the ground floor and the first floor have underfloor heating. On the first floor, a spacious TV lounge with satellite TV, a stereo system and free wireless Internet access (ca. 500b/s) invites you to relax.
