The newly built house in a typical local stone house style is harmoniously integrated with the traditional buildings of the heritage-protected locality and exudes a high-quality, Mediterranean residential culture. It is very close to the beach and the ferry harbour on the island of Solta. Solta lies amidst the Dalmatian islands around 16km from Split, the nearest major town on the mainland, with boats to the island. The island has managed to preserve its natural structure and beauty, owing to the absence of tourism and industry. The traditional life of the locals continues unperturbed and you can enjoy your holiday off the beaten tourist track. The exclusive holiday villa was completed in 2012 and offers a spacious interior with 220m² of living space, comprising three elegant junior suites with their own dressing rooms, bathroom and WC, a generous living room-kitchen, and a further little double room. 150m² of terrace space surround the house on the ground floor and upper floor on the site with a garden, from which you can enjoy a direct view of the sea.
