Only 3.3 km from the Old Town of Labin and 4 km to the nearest beach, the property offers a ground floor apartment which has recently been creatively designed into a stylish home, providing every convenience of home.
Perfect for families with children to enjoy the benefits of a large swimming pool, sun terrace, the shades of olive and fig trees and lots of space to play around a fully fenced garden. The house can accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 rooms. It offers a safe roofed parking for 3 vehicles within the property and a large seasonal swimming pool. The 28 m2 roofed terrace to be reached through sliding doors in the dining room opens your door to the world of grilling, with a 2 burner gas grill and convenient side tables for serving trays.
