As the house is on a road parallel to the beach promenade, our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea without any noise. The accommodation comprises three residential units with separate entrances. They can accommodate up to 17 people. The ground-floor apartment is suitable for four people. It consists of a spacious bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom, a spacious living room with an open and fully-equipped kitchen and an inviting terrace. The living room has two sofa beds each for one person. The apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms is suitable for 5 people. It consists of two bedrooms, a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher, gas stove, large fridge etc.), a bathroom with a bath, a generous living room (with an extra bed) with a dining table, sofa and TV. It also has a gigantic 90m2 terrace with a big wooden table, deckchairs and a fantastic panoramic view. he penthouse apartment on the second floor consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate and fully-euqipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove, large fridge etc) and is therefore ideal for 8 people.
