This romantic natural stone house is nestled into the lush landscape at the foot of the Dinara mountain, in the little Dalmatian village of Cetina, with less than 200 inhabitants, along the river of the same name in the sunny south of Croatia. The detached, three-storey natural stone house from the year 1910 was extensively renovated just recently in 2015 and converted into a modern holiday house. The living space of 130m² comprises two living and dining rooms, two fully-equipped kitchens, three bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a solid wood dining table with four chairs. The white built-in kitchen next to it has all the latest appliances: a dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom here on the lower floor has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Wide stairs lead up to the first floor with the second open living room with an integrated kitchen, the first bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the second bathroom, fitted the same as the one on the lower floor, except that it has a shower cubicle instead of a bath. Further stairs lead to the top floor with the other two bedrooms and the third bathroom. One of the bedrooms is furnished with another double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be pushed together as a third double bed. The bathroom is fitted the same as the one on the first floor. A cot or a larger bed for a child can be provided on request. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the house can be used free of charge.
A grill area on the 25m² covered terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely holiday meals under a blue sky with a view over the valley as far as the Cetina River. You can help yourself from the charmingly planted vegetable garden during your stay. You will need a car and there are secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
On a slight hill with a magnificent view there is land plot of approximately 1500m2 where a stone house stands with living space of approximately 110m2. The stone house is over 100 years old, in stone, with the wall thickness of 50-70 (2 feet) cm where the stone is preserved as interior decor in the living room, a bedroom and a cellar (tavern) of the house.
Your holiday house is about 200 metres from the source of the Cetina River. It is about 10km into the nearest locality with shops, a bank and an ATM, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants (Vrlika). The active holiday-makers among you can enjoy long hikes or climbing the Dinara mountain, and you can go fishing (with a permit) in the Peruca lake about 10km away.
