The fully air-conditioned house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dining room, a living room and a beautiful outdoor area.all bathrooms have underfloor heating.The premises are spread over two floors, the ground floor and the first floor.
The ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the pool area and the terrace consists of a very well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room, a bathroom, a sauna and a small fitness studio.From the living area, the kitchen and the fitness room you have direct access to the pool area with a sea view.
The 1st floor:
The 1st floor can be reached via an internal staircase and an external staircase.
There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two balconies with sea views.The smaller, covered balcony is 2.5 m² and the larger 11 m².
Each bedroom has its own safe, satellite TV and is air-conditioned.Furthermore, there are TVs with satellite TV in the living room and in the fitness room.
The outside area:
The outdoor area consists of a children's playground behind the house, to the front of a covered outdoor kitchen with grill, a small counter on 50 m² and to top it all off the beautiful pool area with sea view.The summer kitchen has a fridge, sink and 2 hot plates.The grill is a charcoal grill.The firewood for the grill is provided by the landlord.
The swimming pool is heated, which enables use even in colder temperatures.On the 30 m² pool terrace there are 8 sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower which is warmed by the sun.The terrace around the pool is completely fenced.
The whole house has wifi reception.The hot water supply is solar powered.
