The newly renovated 5-star house "Leticija" (for 8+2 people + 1 child) is situated in the Kvarner bay in the picturesque village of Hreljin. A small, traditional village between sea and mountains offers you peace and relaxation. A paradise for a relaxing holiday. In the village there is a grocery shop, butcher's, pharmacy, café - bar and cash dispenser.
10 minutes by car to the sea and 15 minutes to place Fuzine in Gorski Kotar. The beautiful forests around Fuzine and three lakes are ideal for hiking and strolling through unspoilt nature.
The house is ideal for nice social evenings with friends or family on the pool terrace with sea view. The barbecue area is ideal for a successful barbecue.
The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, the kitchen with dining room, the bathroom, toilet, sauna, fitness room, small laundry.
On the 1st floor accessible by outside and inside spiral stairs: 2 double rooms, each with its own bathroom and 1 family room (2 separate bedrooms) with bathroom, balcony and terrace with sea view.
