From the ground floor you can reach the first floor via an internal staircase and an external staircase.The 1st floor:This floor consists of a large living / dining room with a very well equipped kitchen and a bedroom. From the kitchen you have access to a balcony of the house and from the bedroom to the second balcony. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of nature and the beautiful blue sea of the Adriatic. A DVD player with some DVD-s as well as some books are available.Outdoor area:The 60 m² outdoor area offers good privacy. Here, the stay is very pleasant thanks to the well-kept, Mediterranean garden, the existing seating, a charcoal grill, two deck chairs and a hammock.Furthermore, a bike and various toys are available.Because of the thick stone walls in this house, the temperature is always pleasant even in midsummer.
