The villa offers u.a. a private pool of 20 m² and a depth of 1.5 m, as well as, spread over 2 floors, 3 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen. From the furnished pool terrace with a covered area including lounge furniture you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the vineyards and the island of Hvar opposite. The house is equipped with every conceivable comfort, so that leaves nothing to be desired. So there is next to a dishwasher and a washing machine. All floors are air conditioned. 2 LCD TVs are in addition to DVD home theater, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet to be used extensively by you. Furthermore, cot, highchair and a safe are available. A pleasure boat, a small motorboat are available on request and if needed. Pets are not allowed. Private parking for up to 3 cars is available free of charge. The friendly landlords speak German as well as English and Italian and live in neighboring Bol. They are always at your disposal for questions of any kind.
