The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015 is a townhouse and rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and secluded location at the edge of the woods and at the water.
For common use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.
Location
Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm, open, closed garden plot, water plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property.
The whole property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone cottages. The facility is suitable for families or for a larger group. The objects IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property.
