Our detached, well-presented holiday residence near Zadar is on an elevation about 30 metres above the sea and a short walk from the crystal clear water.
The upper floor of around 95m² consists of residential units: each an apartment with a romantic bedroom, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a comfortable wooden bed (180 x 200cm) and a wardrobe, a further bed (80 x 200cm) separate from the bedroom for a further guest, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining corner, as well as a bathroom with a shower and WC.
There is also a 12m² terrace with a wonderful panoramic view towards the west and the most beautiful sunsets. The site has a gazebo, garden furniture and a grill. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children or dogs.
We have our own sports boat for island hopping, as well as two bicycles and free Internet access.
The surroundings are typically Mediterranean and lush, quiet for a good night’s sleep, but even so everything is nearby: the crystal clear sea about 800 metres, secluded bays that can be accessed either by land or by island hopping, cultural sites, entertainment and wonderful nature spots (Winnetou film sets).
