The newly built, modern, lovingly furnished NOA 3 apartment suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town 10 km away from the tourist centers of Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad. The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three neighboring structures that together form the residence. The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the main building.
The accommodation consists of; a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with two bedside tables and night lamps, a wardrobe, a shelf with a mirror and chair. The second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, two bedside tables with night lamps, two shelves and wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly. The bathroom with shower, bidet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The "open space" living area consists of a sofa bed for two people, a two-seater sofa, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioner, dining table with six seats, the equipped kitchenette with an electric ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer area (10 l), toaster, oven microwave, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, kitchen utensils, smoke extractor hood From the living area the exit to the covered terrace furnished with table and chairs The terrace overlooks the pool area. The house offers for shared use the swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, portable barbecue and a large table with Istrian stone benches. The games room for children and adults is equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, flat-screen satellite TV, sofas and armchairs. The property is fenced, free public parking is located near the residence (50m). In the structure, upon request, a shared space is available with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.The grocery store, church, restaurant, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. At 50 m from the residence the station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village which is 3 km from the house (the price of a ride per person ) . The motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center are very close. Guests will receive on request from the owner a passport valid for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.
Nearby there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini-golf course, fishing. It is also possible to take various organized trips by boat or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days off the beach or to spend the evenings. Very interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km away. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj, Novigrad and Poreč.
