Spacious and charming holiday apartment with a sea view
If you appreciate a modern accommodation, this lovely apartment is ideal for you. Located in the picturesque Dalmatian seaside town of Kaštel Sućurac, between the two UNESCO cities of Split and Trogir, it provides an ideal starting point for all destinations. The house is situated 550 m out of the center of the Kaštel Sućurac, part of the City of Kaštela, Dalmatia. Thus, unlike the center, the house has enough parking space.
The house yard is connected to the local road, so you can quickly go to every destination in Dalmatia. From this apartment, you will arrive to Dubrovnik or Zadar, or to Plitvice Lakes in the same time, approximately two hours. Šibenik and Krka Waterfalls, Makarska with Nature Park Biokovo are about a one hour drive away. Two beaches are 550 m away of the apartment. Also very nice restaurants, several caffe bars on the seafront, fishmarket and vegetable markets, bakeries etc are only approximately 700 m away.
This nice and spacious ground floor apartment has its own separate entrance -providing you complete privacy. It can accommodate up to six persons and has two separate bedrooms with: one double bed (200x160cm), 3 single beds (200x100cm) and a living room with one sofa beds. An additional toddler bed for a child can also be provided upon request.
There are two bathrooms with two toilets and two showers.
The kitchen is well-equipped and nicely incorporated into the apartment area. It includes a dishwasher, toaster, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, glass cooker space, stove, oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary for you to make a gourmet meal. Next to it is a dining area with a large massive table and seven chairs.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has a large living room with two sofas.
This extraordinary accommodation provides free WiFi. Brand new digital LED TV has a 106 cm diagonal and can be connected by HDMI cable to USB or portable computer and has a TV SAT.
Next to your accommodation is a free, secure and private parking spaces in the courtyard, and next to the courtyard's wall is parking for several cars.
You can relax on the sun terrace, and the spacious courtyard which is well equipped with another large and solid table, eight chairs and garden furniture, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with flowers and greenery, vineyard and large grill house. The grill house is for pleasant company until late in the evening with a glass of local wine.
Please note that the holiday home can be reached via a road directly connected to the yard of the house.
Furthermore, there is a travel bed for one small child in the holiday home.
The beach is about 550 metres away. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 700 metres away.
