In front of the house there is a covered parking and outdoor shower and gas grill at leisure The beach is a promenade, so it's a comfortable stay. The terrace has garden furniture, an awning and a dining table. The terrace has no sea view.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
