This spacious and bright studio apartment with a private pool is located in Stara Mokosica, only a 15 minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik city center. The apartment is ideal for a couple, family or friends looking for a comfortable place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik and region.
This newly renovated studio has one double bed (which can be converted into two single beds) a toilet with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with: an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dining area with table for 4 and a sitting area with sofa bed which can accommodate 2 additional guests. The floor to ceiling glass doors offer a lot of daylight in the studio apartment and opens directly to the terrace where there is a swimming pool area, sun loungers and outside dining table. Pets are not allowed in the studio apartment.
Amenities include: AC, Free WiF, SAT TV, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, private parking, terrace, a BBQ and swimming pool.
Apartment is situated in Stara Mokosica, approximately 12 km from the Dubrovnik Old town. The city center can be easily reached by local bus that runs every 15 to 20 minutes. A bus stop and supermarket are located approximately 350 meters away from the apartment. The nearest beach is in the nearby seaside village Lozica, some 2 km away from the apartment and is easily accessible by car.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

The check in takes place at our central reception at the address Ivana Matijaševića 14, Dubrovnik, where you need to come first to collect the keys, register and get some useful information. The check in time is from 3 pm for apartments and from 5 pm for houses and villas. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before the official check in time time and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you and drive you there free of charge.
