Hacienda Matea - a completely fenced property with olive and fruit trees of 2,000m2, located in a quiet area between Pula and Medulin. The property includes; a beautiful new modern house Villa Matea and the Small House Jure. A green oasis between the sea and the mountains, ideal for a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes by car to the sea, vineyards and fields or to the city center.
Spend unforgettable moments with family or friends on the terrace overlooking the olive trees and the pool with the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind.
There is also a large terrace with a dining table, a screen for relaxing and sun loungers, a pool and an outdoor shower. For the youngest, there is a fenced children's playground with swings, table tennis and badminton equipment, and our garden is ideal for children's games and barbecues.
The location of Hacienda Matea is an ideal starting point for visiting all the sights and features of our region. In just a few minutes you will reach the center of Pula where you can visit the Amphitheatre, a protected landmark of the city of Pula and Istria, local gastronomy and nightlife. On the other hand, in Medulin you can visit one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia with its beach bars. For lovers of crystal clear sea, there is the Kamenjak Nature Park with its cave, rocks, farm, dinosaur trail and Beach bar Safari. Wine lovers will be able to test their tastes in the nearby wineries with a view of the vineyards. We definitely recommend visiting the nearby oil mills and their olive groves and testing the homemade oil and indigenous cheese and prosciutto. The gastronomy of Istria will leave you breathless, there are local taverns and agritourisms that serve exclusively local food from local producers. Guests can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables nearby, as well as a butcher's and fish market.
