This has been our home since 2019 and we have just finished renovating it to the highest possible standard. The property is 3,561 sqft and offers quality indoor and outdoor living space.
The living area opens seamlessly onto the outdoor pool area by a floor to ceiling double glazed foldaway door.
The villa has three ensuit bedrooms upstairs of which one has a bunk bed (ideal for children), one has a king-size bed (with a walk-in wardrobe) and one has a queen size bed. All rooms have independent central air conditioning and all have a smart TV with Netflix etc. All bedding, duvets, pillows and towels are provided.
The property is electrically self sufficient being powered by 41 solar panels, a first in the community to have such a large solar power generation.
Guests can access the entire property. The property has a private and shaded parking for two cars.
The pool and all the backyard area is also private. Additionally guests can access all the shared community areas like community pools and parks.
The property is provided with a 5G mesh wi-fi network that ensures full coverage across indoor and outdoor with the convenience of accessing only one network with one password and without disconnection while moving across different areas of the property.
Our private pool has a built in open Jacuzzi. The pool water can be heated or cooled as required.
The property is also provided with a chilled water tank to ensure cold water is available throughout the house even during the scorching summer heat.
The kitchen sink is equipped with a second tap where drinkable water is dispensed hot, cold or sparkling.

The living area is equipped with a two zones Eurocave wine storage and a Eurocave cigar humidor. These are kept locked and safekeep a private collection of the owner however access can be granted under the supervision of the property manager.
The infinity pool shallow depth is 90cm and 120cm at the deep end. There is no fence to protect the pool. Maximum care must be taken with children ensuring they are under adult supervision at all times.
