Located in the countryside, near the baroque city of Varaždin this beautiful, pet-friendly chalet-style house, is the ideal family holiday destination. The property is perfectly set up for outdoor living. The extensive garden incorporates a playground, a well-maintained pool, a tanning area with plenty of sun loungers, a spacious, covered terrace with an outside dining area (including a wooden table and chairs) and a big brick grill ideal for preparing large meals. There is even a hammock tucked away, for afternoon siestas. The children’s play area is equipped with a swing set, slide and sand pit and you can also play table tennis, darts, table football and various board games. Along with this, guests can explore the surrounding area on bicycles available for them. Inside guests can relax in the large hot tub and sauna room.
The large, air-conditioned house comfortably sleeps 7 people. There are 3 floors, ground level, lower level and upper level. The entrance hallway leads through to the main, open-plan living room, dining area and open kitchen. The living room features two large sofas, a bookcase, a wood-burning fire and a flat-screen, high-definition digital TV. The dining table seats 10 and the fully fitted, kitchen is complete with; a dishwasher, oven, cooker hob, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
