Holiday home Mikela is situated near Pazin, in a village called Žbrlini, Heki.
A fenced 1000 m2 big yard provides all the necessary privacy and security. There is a 32 m2 outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols and quality garden furniture. In the yard there is available richly decorated covered area with an outdoor fireplace, ideal for barbecues and evening family gatherings with a glass of wine.
In the park there is a swing and slide. There is also available trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis, table football and darts.
The house has two floors. On the first floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace . There is also a separate part with another kitchen and a large room for social gathering from where you can go directly to the pool.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one room with two single beds, one bathroom and a terrace overlooking the pool and greenery. The house can accommodate 8 people (6 + 2 people).
All rooms are air conditioned while all windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets for protection against insects.
On the ground floor there is a small family business, a little printing office that is working only in the mornings and is sometimes closed in summer. The parking place is shared by the owners of the printing office only during morning hours. The parking lot in the yard is under video surveillance.
In the surrounding area there are marked biking and hiking trails. To the geographical center of Istria, which is marked by a stone pyramid, there is a distance of only 1km. There is also a horse ranch in the neighbourhood where you can learn how to ride.
For all gourmets, central Istria is rich with good wineries, agritourisms and taverns.
The nearest town is Pazin, only 6 km away, which in addition to cultural attractions also offers various adrenaline activities such as Zip line Pazin Cave, Speleo Adventure Pazin Cave or quad adventure. For all our guests we provide gift-cards with discounts for the best atraction in Istria.
The house is suitable for all lovers of active holidays and for families. It is covered with good WI-FI signal and is equipped with everything needed for a today's modern people. The distance to coastal towns and beaches such as Rovinj, Porec, Pula is from 25 to 35 km.
