Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Cosy room in a large villa with garden and a friendly cat. There is a big kitchen on the lowest floor with everything you need for cooking and storing food, microwave included. Lovely lounge dining room with plenty of table, sitting spaces and even books. The area is peaceful and quiet. The buses and trams come pretty often and there are no stop small groceries 1-2 bus stops away, a well stocked Lidl 4 stops away with any of buses 162/163 or trams 11/44 or even a bigger commercial centre with tram 11, a few more stops away.

Negative: The guest house itself is a bit far from the bus/ tram stop on foot but the route is simple. Cars parked on half the narrow street and other cars passing by make walking to/from bus stop a bit stressful. Some large electricity cables had fallen from the poles on one side of the street. For the future it could be practical to have access to a shared washing machine, more clothes hangers in the closet in the rooms and some longer/ more solid shower curtains in the rooms and/ or anti-slip mats outside the shower stall. Sometimes after showers water falls from the curtain around the shower stall, toilet or sink creating a risk for slipping. Some panels/ noise reduction details for the hallways would add more comfort for the guests as voices in the hallway can seem very loud for now.
