This dream villa was completed in 2015 and has 3 bedrooms, all of which have their own bathroom. The "Master Bedroom" (OG) has a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with corner bath. In addition, it has a terrace overlooking the pool with the forest in front. The second room (floor) also has a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom with shower. The room also offers views of the pool and the forest. On the ground floor there is the third room with 2 single beds 90x200 and private bathroom with shower. All rooms are very modern and have hair dryer, bed linen, towels, closets. On the upper floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board. The ground floor is located next to the bedroom, the dining area, the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen has a stove (electric / gas combi), a stovepipe, a microwave and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, tea towels, pots and pans. The dining area with a large dining table is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room is accessible via 2 steps from the dining area and has a couch, TV and fireplace. Wi-Fi and internet are available. Not far from the house there is the place Labin and Rabac (the pearl of Istria, with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea). The sea is only 9 km away. At the main street to Labin, not far from the house, there is a large Plodine supermarket, where really everything is available. Pharmacies, restaurants and other shops (Lidl, Spar, Konzum) can be reached in a few minutes by car.
