The house is set in a fully fenced 1,200 m² garden and offers its guests the following: a 36 m² pool surrounded by greenery, sun loungers and seating areas, a summer kitchen with a covered terrace and barbecue, and several parking spaces in the courtyard. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. It has an area of 350 m² on three fully air-conditioned floors with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the lower part of the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own shower and toilet and direct access to the garden and pool. There is also another bathroom.
