Ugljan is a beautiful and peaceful island, located straight ahead to Zadar town.
Daily there are several ferry transfers directly to the famous and historical old town of the 3rd biggest city of Croatia. So every day you will be able to visit enyoing the alive old town of Zadar with it's bars/ pubs, restaurants and coffee-shops.
That accomodation is located near the coastline of the village Poljana , just 1 - 2 minutes footwalk to the sea. You will find a small choice of different bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by walking, e.g. in the main town of Ugljan called Preko where the ferry port to Zadar is located.
We would really like to recommend you very tasty and good restaurants. Just ask us!
The appartment consists of an open living-kitchen area whilst the kitchen is equipped: a fridge incl. freezer, sandwich-maker, water heater (no dishwasher and no coffee mashine).
The balcony invites you to enjoy some free time with parted sea view. A comfortable double bed will be the right place to rest refilling your power after an adventure day. The wardrobe got enough space for your clothes.
In the bathroom the refreshing shower water is heatable by a boiler. You will find a window to get fresh air inside it.
In cooler periods there is an eletric heater at the wall which will warm up the bathroom quickly.
If you like to wash some dirty clothes please feel free to use the washing machine.
We recommend you leaving your car on the parking spot of the accommodation, you won't need it on the island.
The nature of the island offers you lots of hidden bays for a swim and green forrests for hiking, from easy to middle going.
If you liked to discover an adventure in one of Zadar's nature beauty (there are plenty) we would organise you an unforgetable adventure out of mass tourism with pick-up from Zadar. So you would just have to walk to the port of Preko (approx. 20 min walk) in order to catch the ferry, but without your own car, without stress... just "polako"!
If you wish to spend your vacation or part of your life time out of mass tourism on a special little island, full of welcoming and heartly local people, you will just have to come over!
