This beautifully appointed contemporary beauty will provide you with only the best of the best. You have 150 m2 of living space at your disposal, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. The nearest beach is 400 meters away, which will be an excellent opportunity for fun and swimming in the clean Adriatic Sea. A maximum of 12 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 8. You will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms with double beds (200x160). Also, the villa has 2 bathrooms with a shower cabin, 2 separate toilets, and a washing machine. If necessary, children can use a feeder and a cot.
During your stay, you can use the ground floor and upper floor of the villa, and each floor has a nicely decorated living room with a sofa bed, coffee table and armchairs, and a TV. There is also a dining room with a dining table for 6 people, and a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite meals for family and friends.
