This lovely Villa (Selagodi) is set on the edge of the woods on the outskirts of Rovinj in the local village. Its a total new build (2017) with an eco friendly approach which is both stylish and practical. Sleeping upto 8 people with its own private swimming pool and lots of natural space around it. All three bedrooms have access to terraces and there are are two terraces for dining. Near the traditional stone bar bq or over looking the pool.
The main bathroom features both bath and bidet and the others top class showers and are a good size.
The open plan living room, kitchen and dining room is modern in design. It has huge French doors overlooking a terrace that is close to the bar bq as well as looking over the property's woods. There is a TV, internet and 2 large sofas for relaxing along with a writing table. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and can go to 8. The kitchen is very sleek and smart and has a fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave and extractor fan along with spacious work surfaces. Washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen.The sunny windows have roller blinds to block the sun in daytime if required. Central heating throughout the Villa. Air conditioned in main living room, other rooms have fans.
