The total area of the property is 1150 m2, and the villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with the exception of an additional two people in the case of children up to 12 years old. It is 400 meters from the nearest sea, and 700 meters from the pebble beach, where you can enjoy the clear and clean Adriatic Sea. The villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor that will leave you breathless with its modern decoration!
On the ground floor you will be greeted by a spacious living room consisting of a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, and the living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace. There is also a modern kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends, and there is also a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and two wine refrigerators.
On the outdoor terrace you will be pleasantly refreshed in the pool of 48 m2 and 1.6 meters deep. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers, an outdoor electric grill, and enough space for children to play and have fun!
On the upper floor of the villa you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms that have en suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the rest with a shower. Upstairs are 3 open terraces where you can enjoy a morning coffee or read your favorite read.
