This amazing three bedroom villa in Damac Hills 2 is the perfect base for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Decorated in neutral tones with soft pops of brown and yellow, we know you will feel right at home in this villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your meals at home and with the open plan living style, you will still feel connected with your loved ones as you cook. You can then enjoy your meal at the dining table seating four. The living area features a plush l-shaped sofa positioned perfectly in front of your big screen TV, making this the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the Dubai. The living room flows out to the private garden area which is so spacious and is the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones. In the three bedrooms you will find luxurious large beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you will probably sleep in later than usual. In the bathrooms you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
Please note there is no access to the Water Park, Pool and Gym from this property.
The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
