Beautiful renovated old stone house in the village Porovac on the island Iz. Perfect for families or small groups with the intension to relax and enjoy the calm. beautiful crystal clear, blue sea is just about 300m away.
On the first floor there´s the kitchen with a dishwasher, lounge with TV and a small lavatory with a washing machine. There`s a guest bed and a couch, which can be transformed into an extra sleeping opportunity.
In front of the entrance there is a small veranda, where you can eat or just relax in the shadow, looking at the classic mediteranian stone houses surrounding the back yard.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.
During your stay you`ll have a contact person, my Father helping you with any question.
There are two small supermarkets in Knez and Komoseva, where you can buy food and various products in a 10/20 minutes walking distance. Bigger markets can be found in Veli Iz, reachable by car in 5 minutes.
If you like to enjoy traditional dishes in restaurants, the Island offers you enough opportunities. Just underneath the hill where you´ll reside, there are three nice places. Two restaurants offers you a nice few on the sea. If you want to have a little snack like Pizza, ice cream or a cup of coffee the `Bar Iz´ will host you, while sitting on a veranda right next to the sea.
It's up to you, to have a ride to Veli Iz where the variety of restaurants, bars and coffee shops is vast.
