Villa Elegant is a real beauty built in 2015 in a contemporary style of construction, and offers its guests 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It is 350 metres from the nearest sea which is an excellent opportunity to bathe not only in the pool but also in the sparkling and clean Adriatic Sea. A maximum of 10 people can stay in this villa, while the optimal number is 8. On the top floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 4 bedrooms that contain 4 double beds (180x200), and which also have 4 en suite bathrooms with showers. Also, on the top floor, there is a balcony with seating where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes two sofas, a coffee table, an additional seat, and a TV. Next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 10 guests, and there is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and 4 additional bar stools.
A sauna and a jacuzzi will provide you with a luxurious holiday and relaxation of the soul and body, and on the outdoor terrace, you will comfortably refresh yourself in the heated infinity pool of 55 m2 and a depth of 1.3 metres. Additional functionality of the pool is swimming against the current. There are 10 deckchairs in the sunbathing area where you can relax or read your favourite book. Be sure to try the outdoor charcoal or wood grill, where you can prepare traditional Dalmatian meat or fish dishes for the whole family or a group of best friends. You can also use the outdoor covered dining table, which is located right next to the grill.
Additional content of the Villa Elegant consists of 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron, and if an additional bed is needed, you can use 2 additional beds (90x200). If the youngest is coming with you on holiday, there is a feeder and a cot.
