On the first floor there are also 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor are two more cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second floor is reserved for the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The basement is the best part of the house. There is a private tavern and a dining room with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering. If you want to relax, there is a wellness area with a heated pool, a sauna and a private gym. In front of the house you will find a large pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a sun deck with sun loungers, the perfect place to spend warm summer days while sipping a cold and refreshing drink. Next to the villa there is a children's playground and a trampoline. The villa has 8 bicycles for you to discover and explore the surrounding area.
