This beautiful and comfortable vacation home with pool consists of two residential units with separate entrances. One is partly in the basement and the second on the 1st floor. The house is ideal for larger families or for friends who want to spend their vacation together. There is an outdoor kitchen next to the pool. Here is also a large dining table where you can spend sociable evenings. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the tourist village Rabac, with its beautiful beaches and entertainment, in 10 minutes the historical Labin with numerous sights, opera air events, concerts in the Venetian church and much more. In the basement of the house is still a small beauty salon. The attic is not inhabited.
