Positive: Good location,near to the sea.Borko is a very nice guy especially before the payment.There are two bedrooms, which is suitable for family traveling.

Negative: Besides the superior location, it's not cost-effective. The flat and its facilities are both extremely old. The bathroom has a rather strong unpleasant smell. There are very few dishes, and they’re unclean—they need to be cleaned by yourself before use. The washing machine is located in a storage room cluttered with construction materials ,which also looks unhygienic. The window in the master bedroom doesn’t block light well, making it suitable for early risers.
