Positive: The location was great and the staff were fantastic!

Negative: Can’t help but be a bit confused with how the rooms were run, felt like they weren’t cared for anymore. You had to go and ask for everything you needed, like toilet paper, sheets, towels, bin emptying. Considering the cost, it would be nice if some sort of service was just included with an 8 day trip. We had a big front facing veranda which was amazing, but it did not feel like part of the room as you access round the side and passed a squashed alley with table and chairs. The room was a bit tired and dark and dingy. Had a huge storm and the room flooded. No internet at all, that’s obviously a fib! No kind of compensationary offers made considering the flood or lack of internet. Bit of a shame. Huge expense of a holiday for us and felt a little disappointed honestly.
