Positive: The view from the terrace is just great, the flat is very close to Makarska center and front beaches

Negative: No close nor large enough parking for a big car, flat is brand new with modern design but everyday 's useful tools are missing such as can opener, scissors, hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, extra bags for the vacuum cleaner. Curiously the owner didn't finish with the equipments of the terrace which is without any decent table to have meals on, which is missing a store or even at the minimum a parasol to allow you to enjoy full day the terrace. Flat is a roof apartment and the huge beautiful terrace provides no shadow with these missing equipments that would then make sense. In addition the close presence of a chimney on the roof allowed pigeons to nest and spoil the terrace everyday as well as wasps which appear as soon as you try to have little food on the terrace. A jacuzzi or at least a shower on the terrace would have been highly appreciated when so much room has been lost to build an interior fireplace in such a warm climate location. No elevator. To make a long story short we enjoyed the great view but didn't appreciate the flat as much as we expected for the above mentioned reasons and didn't like we had to buy a cheap parasol when obviously a parasol base was then standing on the terrace and the owner refused to replace the missing part. You also have to know that the wifi connection is unstable and tv access is strictly limited to basic media because everything is protected by passwords you are not given access to which is nonsense in our time. This great potential flat just need to be finished and improved with its terrace and all these mentioned aspects to be a real four stars location.
