Positive: The owner was very kind and hospitable, he helped us with renting a kayak and even gave us little handmade products. Also the garden was cute and had some fruits. It was very clean. If he would be managing the apartment I would give a much higher rating.

Negative: The biggest problem was that a proxy company (adriatic hr.) is managing the booking of the property. On booking.com they only list their own phone numbers (not the owner's) which they hardly pick up, making the communication (for example check-in) very hard. Also there is no exact address indicated on the website, we couldn't even find the apartment on our own, a local lady helped us because she recognized the picture. The whole apartment was very small, the bedroom especially, you could barely walk around the bed or just store your luggage. Also the bedroom didn't have AC, it was very hot. The ceiling height was very low. The apartment furniture was really old fashioned except the fridge and the dish washer. Imagine your grandma's weekend house in the 80's. The kitchen was equipped with a lot of tools (bowls, pots, utensil, mugs etc.) in a bit chaotic way, as there was at least 10 pots and 10 different type mugs, but maximum 2-3 three from the same. (Your usual equipment in a dormitory) On the other hand there was no microwave. Overall the owner was very kind and a good person, but the apartment is very overpriced and old fashioned. Our relatives got a much greater place for almost half the price, with modern, good looking, tidy and large rooms.
