Positive: Wonderful Sea view, large spacious apartment, comfortable sitting outside, large beds, super quiet location, parking in front of the house (garage available also, if not taken already), first beach very close (max 5 mins walking), very friendly house owners, excellent for families

Negative: No air-conditioning (could be a problem in case of really hot weather), cooking electric plates very slow (induction would be better), lots of mostikos and vasps (due to missing nets to block them), some noise from other neighbouring apartments (depends on other guests)

Summary: Superb sea view
